Scoop A Poop

Welcome to Scoop A Poop. These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Scoop A Poop (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader business operating in Thetford, United Kingdom.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Our Services
Scoop A Poop provides dog waste cleaning services for residential properties, including:
- One-off (initial) deep cleans
- Regular weekly, fortnightly, or agreed scheduled cleans
- Cleaning and responsible disposal of collected dog waste

Services are provided within Thetford and surrounding areas.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, you agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the garden or designated cleaning area on the scheduled day
- Ensure gates are unlocked
- Secure all dogs before our arrival
- Inform us of any hazards (e.g. broken fencing, sharp objects, uneven ground, aggressive animals)

If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as completed and charged in full.

3. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- A dog appears aggressive or unsafe
- The garden presents significant safety risks
- Extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to carry out the service

4. Payment Terms
Initial Cleans:
Initial cleans must be paid in full on the day of service. Pricing may vary depending on the level of waste present.

Regular Cleans:
Regular services are paid monthly in advance. Payment must be received before the first scheduled clean of the month. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash
Bank transfer

5. Missed Visits & Cancellations
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- If we are unable to access the property, the visit may still be charged
- Regular services may be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice
- No refunds are given for completed services

6. Pricing
Prices are based on number of dogs, garden size, frequency of service, and condition of the garden at the initial clean.
We reserve the right to review and adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Waste Disposal
All collected dog waste is securely double-bagged and placed in the customer’s general waste bin to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability
Scoop A Poop is not liable for pre-existing damage, escaped pets due to faulty fencing, or undisclosed hazards.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide services and comply with UK GDPR.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
